ALL NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE APPLICATIONS AND DRAWINGS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE WEST CORNWALL TOWNSHIP ZONING OFFICER, WHO WILL THEN PROCESS THEM THROUGH COMMONWEALTH.  DO NOT SUBMIT DIRECTLY TO COMMONWEALTH UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY THE ZONING OFFICER.
